Environment

We are committed to the continual improvement of our environmental performance.

Our approach keeps the corporate and environmental responsibilities of our clients at the forefront of everything we do, whether it is a sustainable furniture clearance or designing an environmentally friendly workplace. All projects are handled with an emphasis on maximum sustainability and a reduction of waste output, carbon footprint and financial cost.

We keep our waste and pollution to a minimum.

"Waste not Want not"

Active Workplace Solutions' clients are given the opportunity to donate unwanted furniture and equipment to our selected charities and social enterprises. In return, Active Workplace Solutions commits to delivering and installing the furniture from our warehouse to registered charities within the local area free of charge.

Volunteering

Active Workplace Solutions' employees give up their time to volunteer and support causes in the local community.

One is Launchpad, which helps Reading's most vulnerable and disadvantaged to turn their lives around and reach their potential by offering supported housing, education, training and counselling.

Our volunteers have done the 'big sleep out' and rocked up at the Oracle, a large shopping centre in Reading, in the run up to Christmas to help with bucket collections.
