Across these markets Britvic has developed iconic drinks brands such as: Robinsons, Tango, J20 and drench. When Britvic chose to relocate their Head Office from Chelmsford to Hemel Hempstead, Active Workplace Solutions was tasked with completing the staff moves and clearance of furniture for environmental recycling, furniture re-use and charitable donations in line with the client's Corporate Social Responsibility policy.The client also required the managed move of Archive Records including removal and re-installation of mobile racking systems.
Active Workplace Solutions managed the relocation of 250 staff relocation to their new Head Office. This move included bulk packing and confidential recycling of redundant files as well as putting in place an archiving storage system to maintain the integrity of relocated data. Active Workplace Solutions also handled the recycling, re-use and disposal of redundant furniture, diverting 90% of the unwanted furniture from landfill. Once in the new head office Active Workplace Solutions installed bespoke benching and pigeon holes into the new Post-room.
The move was conducted efficiently meaning the handover of vacated buildings was done on time to avoid financial penalties. Business was able to assume as usual from day one of new Head office occupation.
