CPC are an independent project and cost management consultancy service. They work on behalf of the building owner/client, providing the technical expertise to deliver infrastructure, property, and transformational projects.

CPC has a vast portfolio of properties throughout the UK and has started an ongoing program of upgrading identified flats above their commercial properties – London being a primary area for this rollout.

Seeking expert interior design solutions, CPC chose Active on the strength of our commercial experience, industry know-how, and previous work in the local area.

Client challenge

The end client was looking to create a rental portfolio of properties to maximise their potential – so the mandate that CPC set out was to place 'an importance on a consistent delivery and approach with the same finishes to each property'.

This applied to the decoration, bathroom suites, kitchen units and flooring – identified as being key to the project's success.

Active solution

The work was organised around tight timescales over a 6-month period – challenging when working under COVID restrictions. As such, we provided additional labour teams to provide backup in case of an outbreak to ensure that the project remained on schedule.

To summarise, the works we performed for this project included:
