The first phase of the project included the increased soundproofing of three meeting rooms in unit 2 as well as repairing water damage and redecoration works throughout. Storage was also built for both the crèche and meeting area.
The second phase involved unit 7 where we removed two offices from the top floor to create one open plan space to enable collaboration between the two teams. We also stripped out the ground floor to create a new reception area and two soundproofed meeting rooms. In addition to this we refurbished the disabled toilet and kitchen which had also been affected by water damage and created a new board room/ training room.
The result was a new open space on the top floor where teams could collaborate and work together. Sound proofed meeting rooms were also created as well as a board room/ training room where staff could gather and host board meetings/events.
